Our Team

Chris Smith

Chris Smith, President of Reliance One Benefit Administrators, is also a CPA and owner of CB Smith & Associates that offers accounting and tax services along with business management guidance to small and midsize businesses. With more than 30 years of financial experience, he is passionate about his work. Since founding his full-service accounting firm in September 2003, Chris has grown the company to ten employ­ees. Prior to starting his own firm, Chris was corporate controller at Ingenico, a leading provider of payment solutions, and assistant controller at Nations Healthcare, a home health care provider that has since merged with another company. Chris is the current treasurer of the Rotary Club of Lanier-Forsyth, and is an active member of the Atlanta CPA Alliance, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce.

Donna Hamby

Donna has served as an Account Executive for Reliance One since its founding. She works directly with employers to set up benefit plans and custom reports – happily answering any questions that might come up. Donna is also a direct liason for each company’s participant – helping to educate employees on their benefit plans, the web portal, benefit debit cards and much more. In her spare time, Donna enjoys being outside in her vegetable garden and participating in sports such as kayaking and snow skiing.
